Meem Gallery presents an arresting screen-based installation of six videos of the acclaimed Iraqi-Finnish artist Adel Abidin. In Musical Manifest, the artist turns the camera on himself in a series of music clips using an absurd and ironic visual language.
Adel Abidin will be taking part of the exhibition This is not a Love Song in the Fernan Gómez centro Cultural de la Villa in Madrid starting October 1rst. The exhibition organized by Loop Barcelona explores the rich and diverse relationship between pop music and video art from the 60s to now.
