TIRE

Tire presents an inverted car tire turned inside out, transforming a familiar object into something uncanny and unfamiliar.

The concept draws inspiration from a common Iraqi saying that suggests life itself is a continual process of being turned inside out—where appearances rarely align with underlying realities. By reversing the tire, the sculpture materializes this metaphor, challenging viewers to reconsider what is visible, what is concealed, and what lies beneath the surface of the world we inhabit.
