PLAN B

Installation view

Plan B draws parallel between navigating physical obstacles and  experiencing difficult environments.

In the video, the artist performs a deliberate, methodical action, covering the entire floor of a rough industrial workshop with mattresses—objects associated with rest, intimacy, and domestic life—without moving or altering any of the existing machinery or debris.

The installation extends into the exhibition space. The floor is covered with intact mattresses, placed side by side. Between them are separate cut-out forms—shapes derived from elements found in the workshop, such as a cable, a wheelbarrow, or a wooden plank. Visitors walk across this uneven surface, physically experiencing the challenge of balance within a space not designed for comfort or safety.
