The Station Museum of Contemporary Art in Houston has announced the major exhibition Collective Reaction. The exhibition will open on Sunday, March 16, 2014, from 3 pm to 7 pm with music & refreshments. The exhibition is a part of the Fotofest 2014 Biennal.
The exhibition is exploring the new status of images at an age where they are proliferating, being easily produced, distributed and accessible to a wide mass of individuals. The other solo exhibitions will be held by Democracia, Hito Steyerl, Mohammed Al-Shammarey, Prince Varughese Thomas, and Maura Sheehan. The exhibition will be on view from March 16, 2014 to August 17, 2014.
