ARCHIVE

Installation view

Archive a multimedia kinetic installation deepens our understanding of traditional archival practices. Often perceived as static repositories awaiting activation, the life-size kinetic installation brings that dormant system to life: rows of colorful folders glide silently from left to right across metal shelves, animating the space with a ghostly, mechanical rhythm.

Their continuous movement suggests documents shifting between states of visibility and obscurity, an allegory for how history is organized, classified, and sometimes erased. Rather than presenting the archive as fixed, the installation reveals it as a living structure shaped by motion, selection, and omission.
