Installation view at 10th Sharjah Biennial (2011)
Their Dreams, is crafted from interviews with Arabic children hailing from conflict-ridden regions like Iraq and Palestine. The essence of their dreams is then translated into drawings, which are further transformed into animations for a multi-layered installation. In this immersive experience, the children's shadows are projected into the space alongside their animated drawings. The installation provides a comprehensive view, incorporating not only the visual elements of their dreams but also the children's silhouettes, movements, and voices.
